Because more people have been working from home since the pandemic began, the demand for smoothly functioning home office solutions has increased significantly. At Ranger, we take our health and safety responsibilities very seriously and hold all our employees to strict hygiene regulations. We want to continue to provide on-site service and advice, thus contributing to a functioning home office. Our goal is always to protect the health of customers and sales staff. In addition to the applicable AHA rules, we implement further measures that go far beyond the market standard. These measures are constantly reviewed and, if necessary, adapted accordingly to the changing situation. In addition, our consultants always carry a current photo ID as well as an authorization letter in order to be able to identify themselves accordingly to the person they are talking to. Doubts about the advice and, of course, criticism can be reported directly to us by telephone.
OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY MEASURES
The following measures currently apply to all sales employees:
- Consultation can currently only take place on the doorstep in a 1 to 1 situation
- The employee must maintain a minimum distance of 2 meters from the interlocutor
- The employee must wear a medical mouth/nose protection and will also ask the interlocutor to do so
- All counseling documents and technical equipment must be disinfected by the employee prior to counseling
